Game bugs can happen now and again, but in order for us to assist you and see what has happened, one of the helpful things you as a player can provide to us is the game logs. This provides us crash logs, problems with the game and more.
How to Find Your PC Log File
1. Press Windows key + R to open the Run window.
2. You can either type the following, or simply copy and paste the directory into the 'Open' section like the screenshot below:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Challengers Games\Second Wave
3. You will find the Player.log file. Attach this file to your Bug Report.
※ If you find any issues with the game, such as connection delays, latency problems, game bugs that are causing you issues with connecting to our servers or anything related to server / network problems, please don't hesitate to send your Player.log file via our Gameplay Issues form.
※ Please include your Steam ID, in order for us to cross-reference on our end and be able to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
※ Player-prev log files are created when you reconnect to the game. If you are not sure which one to add to the report, simply attach them together.
